AFEI GIVING CIRCLE

Women Helping Women Move Forward.

Economic instability can sometimes come down to one obstacle: the cost of training, an unexpected financial hardship, the resources needed to pursue a business opportunity, or another barrier standing between a woman and her next step.

The AFEI Giving Circle, an initiative of The SOFEI Group, brings women together to help remove those barriers.

Through collective giving, AFEI provides grants designed to help women pursue opportunities, navigate financial challenges, and continue moving toward greater economic independence.

When women invest in women, individual contributions become collective impact.

A Bridge Between Hardship and Employment

One AFEI recipient was navigating unemployment while facing a childcare expense that created another obstacle to moving forward.

Giving Circle assistance helped address the immediate childcare need while she continued pursuing employment.

She later secured a new job.

Sometimes moving forward begins by removing the barrier standing between a woman and her next opportunity.
