1. The SOFEI Group, Inc. follows Prince George's and Fairfax County's inclement weather policy. If schools are closed, training and scheduled testing are cancelled. If schools start two-hours late scheduled training and testing will be rescheduled.
  2. Pre-registration and payment are required for all training and testing. Payments by check or money order should be made payable to: The SOFEI Group, Inc. and mailed to 137 National Plaza, Suite 300, Oxon Hill, MD 20745 ten days prior to scheduled training or testing.
  3. Workshop and testing fees is per person unless (otherwise specified).
  4. Refunds will be issued for training and testing cancelled by The SOFEI Group, Inc.
  5. A $35 charge will apply to all returned checks for insufficient funds. You will be withdrawn from registered workshop or testing with no financial obligation except for the returned check fee and registration fee.
  6. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of each workshop or testing and bring proper identification (e.g., driver's license).
  7. If you need to cancel your training or testing, please fax a letter to 240.273.9529 at least three business days prior to scheduled training or testing so that we may offer your space to another individual. Refunds will not be issued. We will provide you with a credit that may be applied to a future workshop or testing.
  8. Refunds or credit will not be issued to individuals that miss a workshop or testing without prior notification.
  9. Fifty percent payment is due for employer-paid workshops and final payment is due five-business days after completion of training. Training results will not be issued until payment is received and cleared.
  10. The SOFEI Group, Inc. does not sell or provide workshop training material to non-registrants.
