Microsoft Office Specialist Enrollment Process

The Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification training program is designed to prepare you to pass one or more proficiency exams in one or more Microsoft Office suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) and to gain recognition as a Microsoft Office Specialist. Learning topics include, electronic mail, database, presentation spreadsheet, word processing, content management, and project scheduling.

Who Can Participate?

You are eligible to participate in our MOS Certification Training program if you are:
  • Eighteen years or older

  • A High School Graduate or GED Recipient

  • Unemployed or Underemployed

  • Low - Moderate Income

  • A U.S. Citizen with Permanent Residency

  • Available to participate in the program from start-to-finish

  • Experienced with basic computing skills and can type 40 WPM
